Alex Marquez secured a commanding victory at the end of an intense and action-packed race, finishing ahead of Pedro Acosta and an excellent Fabio Di Giannantonio. The Grand Prix was marked by overtakes, crashes, and constant changes in the running order, with several riders in contention until the final laps and an extremely high pace during the middle phase of the race.
Pedro Acosta made an excellent start from pole position, immediately taking the lead, followed by Alex Marquez, who showed strong pace from the opening laps. However, the race was quickly shaken up by a collision between Brad Binder and Joan Mir, which sent both riders crashing out and brought their race to an early end.
The Aprilia riders also had a solid start, with Jorge Martin and Marco Bezzecchi both running close to the top ten: Martin moved up to seventh, while Bezzecchi climbed to eighth. However, Martin’s race ended early after a crash that forced him to retire.
In the middle stages, Alex Marquez took control by overtaking Acosta with a decisive move and began to dictate the pace. Behind them, the battle for the podium intensified, with Raul Fernandez climbing up to second place, while Acosta started to chase aggressively.
Meanwhile, the race saw several changes in the midfield positions: Fabio Di Giannantonio showed strong pace, climbing up to fifth place before establishing himself firmly in the leading group, while Zarco delivered a solid solo ride.
The situation was more difficult for the Italian riders: Bezzecchi, after a promising start, gradually lost positions, being overtaken first by Morbidelli and then by Pecco Bagnaia, who recovered well to finish sixth. Bastianini and Ogura also took advantage of the Aprilia rider’s struggles, pushing him out of the top eight.
In the closing stages, Acosta attempted a final attack on Alex Marquez, closing in on the leader but unable to complete the overtake. Behind them, Di Giannantonio secured third place, while Fernandez and Zarco completed the top five.
At the checkered flag, Alex Marquez celebrated victory ahead of Acosta and Di Giannantonio. Fernandez, Zarco, Bagnaia, and Morbidelli followed, while Bezzecchi finished a difficult day in ninth place, well below expectations.
